Terms, payment and shipping

Within Europe payment is due after receipt of the invoice. The costs of freight and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Outside of Europe a deposit of 25% of the instrument price is requested to place your order on my waiting list. The balance is due prior to freighting. I will do my best to hold to the prices in my price list. If for one reason or another a long time has elapsed I reserve the right to raise them in line with inflation of instrument prices. I will confirm final price before starting work. Payments can be made by check or international money order. Stuttgart is the place of performance and court of jurisdiction.
